WHAT IS ACCEPTED:

Unused portions of medicines must be disposed of properly to avoid harm to people, pets and wildlife. Drugs can end up in the wrong hands, and find their way into our drinking water and waterways.

Bring your unwanted or expired medications for safe and environmentally responsible disposal. Any unneeded over-the-counter (OTC) medications or prescriptions not being used by a family member or pet will be accepted at no charge. Leave all medications in the original container; cross out personal information on bottles in advance. All medications will be incinerated.

Only household medicines will be accepted. Do NOT bring any medicines from businesses such as nursing homes, pharmacies or medical facilities. Please do NOT bring thermometers, needles or other medical waste; they will not be accepted.
